Make sure if you are adding a larger throttle body that you derive some benefit from it
and match the throttle body opening to the manifold. There is still roughly one mm left on this one to remove.

 

Phil, can you post a pic where the extra material was welded then trimmed back?

I think it has Anexoria Nervosa. It's lost over 2 lbs in all the right places and turned shiney.




New on the left and old on the right. You can see what was removed at the very bottom of the picture.


The 66mm bore on the right is maxed out with the passages.
Filling those openings resulted in the clean 68mm being hogged out to 70mm.

 

Trimmed, shaved & filled in all the right places. I'll do this after my next mod
