Default Possible bad clutch/transmission

So this is the issue im having and im leaning towards it being my clutch at this point.

Clutch engages and disengages fine when its turned on and off only in neutral although it seems soft and makes a squeaky sound when released which it never made before.

every gear goes in fine 1-6 when the car is off and on, but as soon as i disengage the clutch in any gear and starts to grab there is a loud grinding noise, i mean LOUD,
the car jerks but continues to move slowly, same thing goes for being in reverse

fluids are fine just a little dark, no leaking. car has high mileage, just had 150xxx mile complete service @ honda?.

dropping the tranny this weekend just wanted to see if anyone out here has had this problem before.

Sounds to me like the rear diff is blown. Jack the car up and spin the wheel by hand, se if you can tell where the noise is coming from.

thanks alexchaneel, took it to the dealer and it ended up being my right rear axle. I guess they said too much stress on the axle. Such a relief.
