Post Supercharger Install Problems
Check Valve, ESM, Ghostbooster or whatever, it doesn't explain the rich condition. Even with no check valve and ECU seeing full boost you shouldn't have a crazy rich condition.
Excess fuel pressures (like Jerry said) is a possible explanation. Maybe a kinked return line, debris stuck in the FPR or somebody messed with the FPR setting.
Good Luck

I tried switching out the check valve for the older revision. The one without the vacuum hoses. The car is running good now. Not sure why the check valve I had on was causing so much problems. Oh well... at least now I can drive my car until I get my wiring harness in.
Sorry it took me so long to publicly respond (I am being supportive of HeNeSSeY behind the scenes...
Before worrying about low rpm "bogging", I would definitely wait for installation of an electronic solution: whether it be Comptech's plug & play part or my Ghostbooster. When I ran with an electronic fix, I had very smooth revving from 2000rpm to 9000rpm. I did run the SC with the stock ECU and Mugen ECU and received no low-end bogging.
Two things: at my dyno run, the tech there did raise the fuel pressure via the red Comptech adjustable FPR... so you might want to lower the pressure with the top-mounted screw. Another thing: the ECU "learns" for all conditions other than WOT, so resetting the ECU by removing its power and then repowering should allow the ECU to "relearn" its new conditions.
Also, make sure that all vacuum lines are in place and that the SC's belt is sufficiently tight.
After a little "playing around" with the kit, it will be smooth-sailing... especially after you fine tune with the VAFC like Wesmaster did.
Even if I have to drive down there in my natrually-aspirated less-modified slow silly silver stock S2000, it will be made right...

Thanks guys for the input/help, especially shaner.
The check valve was to blame. I installed the older version, the one without the vacuum hose, and I'm having absolutely NO problems at all. Runs smooth. I just received the VAFC harness today, gonna install the Ghostbooster and VAFC tomorrow. Hopefully it'll be even more smoother/faster then.
