You should easily be able to tell if the fuse is blown. But, whatever it is, it's that circuit if your've radio isn't working either.

It's a common problem. Been discussed before a out 1,318 times at my last count.

You have to use some small hands and pry apart the plastic and "screw" it back in. Best thing is take out the panels and screw and glue it back in.
I've tried that just now for the second time tonight and it's still unable to work, I've taken it out / adjusted it a few times and turned the car on then off every time I adjusted it and it still isn't working, so it must be the fuse?
If the fuse is fine, check the load shedding relay. It's used to turn off accessories when you crank the engine. The relay contacts on mine had developed high resistance due to crap gumming up on the contacts. Radio and outlet worked perfectly again after cleaning the contacts in the relay.

If the radio wasn't working I'd say that one of the connectors came off the back of the cig lighter which is a common issue. Since you have more than one problem though it's gotta be something in the circuit

I have checked it / cleaned it then I turned it on right after it and is still unable to work. On the other hand here's what the #9 fuse (10A) looked like after I pulled it out.

Yeah that's the one I've been thinking all along, but still haven't been able to fix the problem. I've been behind there about twice within the last week and it still doesn't work, and as it's hard to see behind there I couldn't do much either. So I only unplugged and plugged the plastic in the cig lighter / power output. Do you have any tips how I could fix the circuit then?

That fuse looks bad to me. Even if it doesn't look bad, it could be. You can't tell unless you check it with an ohm-meter. Did you replace the old fuse with a new one?

Uhh....that's one of the most obviously blown fuses I've ever seen!

See how the metal wire in the middle is melted, separated and the two ends are not connected?

Replace it and be on your way.

Yeah now I realise how bad it is compared to other ones, thank you for the help and I'm about to head down now and buy new fuses to replace it!
Hopefully it was just the fuse, thank you very much!
