Power Outlet Not Working
What you should learn from this is (plus a few tidbits):
1. If anything electrical doesn't work, check the fuses first. This is for anything electrical, not just your car. Next time you'll be able to solve the problem in about 4 min instead of 4 days. lol...sorry...
2. You now know what a blown fuse looks like (but to be honest, how the heck did you miss it in the first place?)
3. Always replace a fuse with the same amperage, never greater. If it blows more than twice, something else is wrong.
4. They make fuses with LED's attached that will glow when the fuse is blown.
5. You probably didn't need to go to the store to buy more fuses. There should be spares in either the unused spots or in the 4 spots at the top of the picture.
6. There is also a fuse box in the engine compartment with places for spares as well I believe.

Now I've got a question regarding right hand drive cars.....Is all the electrical stuff like what you were checking also on the right side? Or did they still leave the fuse box and such on the left. Cause it would be way easier to get to that stuff if the steering wheel and pedals aren't in the way.

Thanks for the hints, will remember them all for anything to come in the future. As you said, could last me 4 minutes rather than 4 days haha
