Default Power Steering Issue and Leaking

This is my first post to the s2ki forms so if my format is poor I apologize. I have a 2002 s2000 and have had it for a month and had the master and slave cylinder replaced already but am now facing another issue. Whenever the weather gets cold the power steering to the right seems to not be working but to the left works fine. If the wheel is to the right and I turn it quickly to the left it whips over and if it goes all the way to the left the wheel starts to shake. I have a video better showing this and will post it if I need to.

Another issue was actually pointed out to me today at the Dallas cars and coffee event, there seems to be a oil leak coming from either my tensioner or the vtec solenoid. Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated and if I need to give more details then let me know, thank you.

pictures on oil leak. I have a similar P/S problem on cold mornings. It goes away shortly. I'll live with it until it's unbearable of which it's probably the rack/motor.

Check the battery and/or the alternator ,most likely thats the problem with the power steering
Bad battery not holding a charge or alternator not charging creates problems with the power steering

7/10 the Vtec solenoid screen/gasket is the source of the leak, the top gasket sometimes leaks as well, less likely but also possible are the TCT access plate, the TCT O rings themselves, or the valve cover gasket, in order of likeliness, from most to least likely.

^ or the oil pressure sensor for the vtec solenoid. It has a little rubber o-ring. You can get rid of the o-ring and run a copper washer;worked for me.
