My ap1 does not have thermostat already.
The climate is hot here in our country that's why some cars here does remove the thermostat.

I will be replacing the IACV tomorrow.

I got my car without a thermostat after I checked it.
It can be removed though.

 

I say fix your issues with your car first before reinstalling your VAFC, you'll only make it worst. That's like adding mods to a broken car (not saying that your car is) but you wouldn't want to cause any further damage to it.
