Default Prop shaft hex bolt replacement option?

I just took out my prop shaft/ drive shaft and the hex bolts are a pain to deal with since they strip so easily. I was wondering if its possible to just replace these hex bolts with regular 6 point bolts like a size 12mm or something along those lines. That would be alot easier then keep stripping and replacing those dreaded hex bolts. Ive searched but came up with nothing about this. Has anyone tried this?

If they had standard 6-point bolt heads there wouldn't be enough clearance to get a socket on them. You'd have to use a standard box-end wrench which is even more prone to strip the bolt heads.

Personally I would prefer they use torx-head or reverse torx-head bolts.

A line wrench would be less prone to slip since it grabs 5 points out of the standard 6 point bolt. Ill look into torx bolts too
