They took in the car to inspect and they admitted that it was their fault. They didn't have a propeller shaft on hand so they had to outsource the part. They said they'll call me as soon as they receive the part.

I'm glad their fixing it!!!

I'll be sure to inspect the install before I take the car home... I'll update next week.

That's pretty shady for them to wait until you find the problem before they admit to it. I wonder why they didn't just tell you right after it had happened?

I've had nothing but good experiences at Ptuning.

They're all car guys that work there, and the owner has a proper sense how to run a business, rare in this industry. They get it.

Atleast they man'd up to the fault. Most shops will just tell you to f@#k off

I wouldn't say it's shady, if you can prove they knew about it prior to releasing the car to you that's shady.

I would think if they saw the damage they would of fixed it. Some Black RRV silicon would have done the trick (ask me how I know)

Always remember everybody makes mistakes. It would have been easy to miss that if you were in a rush.
