Pulled codes at AutoZone today for a CEL

I brought my S2000 into AutoZone today and had some codes pulled for a CEL. The codes were P0306 and P0307. Anybody knows what they mean and what might have caused them?

Yeah, they mean misfire (or missing) cylinders 5,6,7 and 8.
