he wants $15,000.
Yea 15k miles on a built engine could mean trouble. But I hope not….
here’s a photo of the engine bay and what the car looks like when it ran

Looks very rough and neglected. $15k is too much imo. I would not pay more than 10K for that car and even at that I would need to think twice. From the one pic you posted the body looks very rough as well and the body kit is not my cup of tea.

dang you really think it’s worth only 10? S2000s are selling for insane money considering it’s a 20 year old Honda.
S2000’s that are for sale for 15k have like over 100k miles and are stock and usually in rough shape aswell
but I don’t know much so I appreciate your opinion

Highly modded s2000s are not worth as much as stock ones. To be very frank that car looks like it belongs in the junkyard. lol. If you come up with 20-25k you can get yourself a boosted s2000 if you wait for the right deal.

Yes, supercharged and turbo'd S2000's (clean ones) pop up from time to time in the 25k-30k range. No way in hell is that thing worth $15k. I agree on the junkyard statement haha.

Run, don't walk.
When you say "built" engine, what exactly do you mean? Head, bottom end, both?

Sounds like you are going to buy it regardless. Be prepared to have your wallet open.
