putting top down after washing
just out of curiousity i was wondering if any of you guess know is its bad to put the top down if its still wet, after i was my car i usually blow dry it on a highway about 80mph to keep it from spotting, but when i do it i always put the top down. can this damage anything?
I wouldn't leave it down when wet to avoid any moisture trapping. If you dry it with a good microfiber towel and let it sit for a few minutes to an hour it should be dry, especially if it is sunny.

I bought a couple of those "fancy" micro fiber towels especially for drying the top. Towel it off - give it 5 minutes to dry further (as in drive it for 5 minutes), then lower it to your heart's content.
There are several reasons why the top needs to be dry before lowering - mold build-up is one of the most important. Lowering the top when it's wet allows water to seep into areas where it won't readily evaporate which leads to nasty mold and mildew that's extremely hard to get rid of.
Florida is known for several varieties of black mold that are a serious health hazard. You might as well scrap the car once that stuff starts growing.
