My MY2002's clutch has gone through a beating, probably not as bad as some of you guys' though. Anyway, I roasted the clutch before and it smelled like crap for several hours. I did it again tonight and the smell is still there I think. How long do these clutches usually last? And if something goes wrong, would I be able to get it repaired under warranty at the dealer? Thanks a lot.

 

to answer your question to how long the stock clutch will last, it depends on how rough you are on it. you can get a new 02 and burn out the clutch in 5 minutes even if you have the best aftermarket clutch out there, you can still burn it out with ABUSE with only a few thousand miles. clutch disc is considered a wear and tear item and isnt actually warrantied. but that depends on Honda they might be able to provide a 1 time courtesy replacement.
