question about clutch
if i step on the clutch for long time while it is in neutral , will it hurt the clutch?
if i step on both clutch and brake, and in first gear, will it hurt the clutch too?
for example , stop in front of red light

1. Just don't. If you're in neutral, there's no reason to keep the clutch open.
2. Huh? I think you're asking about holding the clutch open while you're waiting for the light to change?
It's not the end of the world, but it's a bad habit that I've only ever seen beginners do. Use the clutch for what it's made to do - facilitate changing gears. That's it. Open clutch, change/engage gear, close clutch.

^ I agree especially after hard braking. It just seemed to me that letting your pad sit on scorching hot rotors is just beggin for a trip to warp town.
As stated earlier, holding your clutch down pedal down will put load on your throwout bearing and doing this a lot can cause premature failure of the bearing.
