Why do you need more wheel deflection? That will not make the car turn more quickly...the slip angle will increase past the ability of the tire to grip.
Look at the following:

Look at fig. 6.4 and 6.5 to see what I'm talking about. As the slip angle increases the less contact patch you have until ultimately the tire no longer grips.
In the 6yrs I've been autoxing the s2k, I've never seen a benefit to having more deflection. In the tightest of turns, the car can be steered with the thottle to get more rotation. And there is more than enough wheel deflection to overwhelm even the stickiest and stiffest sidewalled tires.
What are you trying to do by having more wheel deflection?
