OK Guys...Getting my S ready for sale! Fixing up a couple odds and ends and I have a couple questions...

My brake booster and cruise control module have ended up with a faded/peeling look after 12 years. I'm planning on removing and refinishing them. How hard would it be to remove both? The brake booster seems simple but wondering if its worth having to rebleed...

Also, I have the infamous oil leak coming from the VTEC solenoid sensor/TCT. I'm planning on getting a new gasket/o-ring for both but this weekend I noticed that the current VTEC solenoid has oil leaking from the sensor itself(the one facing the passenger shock tower). Being that its oil soaked do I need a new sensor or new VTEC solenoid altogether?
