radiator fans

I have noticed on my 06 that when engine is hot and fans are running, they shut-off when ignition is turned off, is this normal? Seems like fans would keep running to cool engine.

Yes normal. Your battery would die if this were not the case.

Thanks for the reply, but, other cars I have had ran their fans for a few seconds after ignition was turned off.

I have had cars like that also the s2000 battery is so small I suspect it would not last long if it had to run fan while engine was off.
