Here is your root cause "i have electrical issue with my car..my car have many component stopped working.." If you cant do tuck the wires yourself, you cant support it if it fails.

Ok "cruise control button, rear defrost button, heater blower fan, fan radiator ,and also wiper intermittent mode are not working." So all of these have the dash harness in common. I would have to look, but I think they are all on one harness of the two under the dash. Radiator fan, that is completely on a completely different circuit, mostly under the hood. There is also one connection to the ECU. So this is going to have been touched by the tuck job. The wiper intermittent mode is controlled by the dash cluster.

Really I would advise you hired someone to trace your issues. I am sure there is a break somewhere in the harness.

i dont think theres a cut in the harness..
i know they are almost all on the same ground which is fender ground (ground 301)
also,when i did the tuck,only 5 wire has ben cut(eps wire),and has ben soldered..
i used #2 wire for relocation.
