Radiator replacement
Rommel - very nice, thanks so much. Nice setup there, makes me jealous
I would've loved to have gotten the nice stuff, but couldn't do it due to funds. Got an aftermarket OEM equivalent - Koyorad for $160 (still has the plastic top). I do have a Comptech intake though, so you're right, there is plenty of room!

I recommend replacing stock radiator clamps with these, for a better seal..

The most expensive cars in the world use the spring style clamps found on the s2k.
Screw clamps loose tension over time and create leaks. I've seen it counless times in the business. OEM spring clamps never leak.
The most important tip is to make sure all the air is out of the cooling system. An S2000 can be driven up to 20 miles with air in the system, then suddenly overheat without warning.

I let the car run for a while with the radiator cap off to 'burp' it. Some big bubbles came out after it was warmed up.
