Rommel - very nice, thanks so much. Nice setup there, makes me jealous I would've loved to have gotten the nice stuff, but couldn't do it due to funds. Got an aftermarket OEM equivalent - Koyorad for $160 (still has the plastic top). I do have a Comptech intake though, so you're right, there is plenty of room!

dwnshift- are you still using OEM fans or you upgrading. do you even need to upgrade the fans or just preference?

The most expensive cars in the world use the spring style clamps found on the s2k.

Screw clamps loose tension over time and create leaks. I've seen it counless times in the business. OEM spring clamps never leak.

The most important tip is to make sure all the air is out of the cooling system. An S2000 can be driven up to 20 miles with air in the system, then suddenly overheat without warning.

Yeah, the only thing better about the screw clamps is that they are a little easier to work with, but the spring style seems to be better, I agree.

I let the car run for a while with the radiator cap off to 'burp' it. Some big bubbles came out after it was warmed up.

I know this is off topic, but what oil filter is that you have on, doesnt look like OEM, and RR said oem are pretty much da best. Just lookin out for ya ^^
