Just got new clutch in, and after 3K miles i am hearing rattle at low rpm in each gear from the stick shift? At high rpm, 4k and up, its gone. is there a problem?

I replaced the slave cylinder to take away the winnin noise when its not in gear, but still exists, is it normal?

 

did u change the throwout bearing?
