Default RATTLING

Hello, this is my first time on the forum but i heard this is a good place to get some help, i have a 2006 s2000 and ive kept it in good shape, but recently something gay has been going on with my car, when i pull up to the stop light it leave it in neutral, it starts rattling as if its going to stall, it just happens once in a while but i was wondering if anyone else has had this issue? And sometimes my car wont start right, like it sounds like its working hard to just turn the ignition. While at other times it turns on perfectly. Anyone got any tips?

notsosexyjason...maybe your spark plugs need replacing...but those dont usually discriminate between men and women.

Checking the spark plugs is a good idea as starchland mentioned. I recently replaced mine and it has stopped shuddering when coming to a stop and pushing the clutch.

The difficulty of the engine starting may be due to a battery that's on its way out. My car was intermittently rough on starts for about a week before the battery completely died. How old is your battery?

Have you been leaving it overnight at any public rest stops?

Give it more gas, you're lugging the engine. Also, the ECU might be struggling with a temp/humidity change. It will either go away as the ECU adjusts, or you could reset the ecu and see if that helps.
