You have a MY'05. I would thing that even in Turkey, the emissions warranty has to mean something. If it were in N. America, Honda would take care of this under warranty.

My g/fs cat went on her S at about 70k. The cat should have a 7 year 75k warranty. Hers was replaced at Honda no questions asked. She had a Comptech intake and exhaust on it to.

The problem is pretty common and IMO HMC has ducked the emission authorities by not addressing it..
