Default re-sealing headlight/ removing moisture

hey guys i need your help with some ideas.

AP2 slid into an explorer around 2 miles per hour in the rain the other week. i took off the front bumper, and headlight and have it sitting next to me. there is a small crack on the black plastic on the rear of the housing and water got into it like crazy. i emptied about 7 ounces of water from theheadlight but there is still moisture inside. how can i dry the rest of the water out before i reseal it?

trying to complete this in a timely manner as the s2 is my daily. but i can live without it for a day or two if need be.

the high beam bulb and the projector have not been removed from the housing, the other two bulbs have. please help with my damaged baby
