How bad is this?
This would fall outside normal right?

I am probably due for new valves but my guess is this would be piston rings if anything. No?

Not sure what you mean about "due for new valves" ? There is no replacement interval for valves and this is not something you normally replace unless something has happened to them. Do you mean valve adjustment? If they have never been adjusted and there are lots of miles on the car (especially the 06+ cars) then there is a chance valves could get burned causing issues, but normally you do not expect to just replace them at some interval.

Those would be retainers but they only crack with mechanical over revs. Like previously stated burned valves and worn guides need replacing, but there is no timetable on that. Pistons rings start wearing and allow more oil consumption and blowby once they're worn. Again no timetable on that.

pull your fuse pump fuse and crank it over, listen to the crank... when mine did this i had cylinder #1 go down to 150psi and you could hear the one cylinder very easy to crank over... it will do a
crank - crank- CRANK - crank - crank - crank- CRANK - crank kinda sound, the best way i can describe it lol
if you have that sound, you have a cylinder low for sure.
