Well I did my front and rear brake pads at the same time, did everything identical from cutting the rotors (within spec's), then cleaned the rotors, no grease or oil left of the rotors when re-installed and proper brake in for the pads.

But a couple of hundred miles later the rear are making crazy noise.

The sound coming from the rear souds like the rear brakes have liquid in between the pads and rotors, not to mention that they squeak also. Fronts are fine no noise at all.

The pads that I installed were the HAWK HPS front and rear.

HAWKS customer service sucks ass, their customer service is a joke !

Hawks are noisy, even more so when cold. Turn up the radio or swap back to OEM pads.

 

Thats what I heard. Nut the front are quiet as hell !! never made any noise.

But the funny thing is, when they are cold they're quiet, when they warm up the rear sound like s#it !!!!!!
