I feel break pressure on the rear right wheel, while driving. Instead of the car going back on a slight slope, it stops and sometimes I can hear noise from the same wheel. Yesterday I could smell burn from the same wheel. I checked the pads and they look fine. It feels as if the pad is stuck tight to the wheel.

Any help will be appreciated.

It's Brake, not break.

Did you check to see if the slide pins move freely?
