I was washing my car the other day and noticed that some metal had rusted out from the back bumper, just behind the rear wheel. The bumper cover is very flexible and loose. Is there any way to fix this or do I need a new rear bumper cover? If so, where's a good place to get one (AP1) other than the forums here?

I can try to take a picture of the rusted out piece and the flexibility of the bumper tonight.
