Rear end shimmy/wobble when under a load?
Ever since i bought my car i had this slight 'shimmy' feeling when putting the car under a load. Up in the higher rpm's i dont really notice it, and i dont notice it in 1st or 2nd gear. If you put the car in 3rd or 4th gear and give it a decent amout of throttle, you will feel this wobble coming from the rear of the car.
I just put a new set of wheels/tires on the car today, and the wobble has became worse
Can anyone give me a few pointers as to what to check/look for?

alright, i spent quite a while searching to see what it could possibly be. I guess most people replace the drivers side inner cv joint. My car has 89k miles on it, and i dont know if this part has ever been replaced.
It just seems odd to me that it got noticably worse when i put new wheels/tires on the car. I'll check the tire pressure tomorrow to make sure that has nothign to do with it

I swapped mine, and didnt end up being the problem, but it usually solves the problem for everyone.
At the top of this forum "under the hood" there are stickies all the way at the top, and there is a DIY thread with links to all good DIY's just for future reference. Here is the inner CV swap DIY from that thread:

You can do it without taking the axles off the car, but if you are doing it on the ground (not on a car lift), then it seems to be QUITE a bit easier to just take the axles off, at least I thought it was.
