I just had my supercharger installed today and while it was up in the air I saw a lot of grease all over the rear end. Upon further inspection my driver side rear inner axle boot was cracked and grease was shooting out as I drove. Has anyone else encountered this? I'm kind of reluctant to take it to Honda because they might blame the supercharger or the 4.44 gear install. How long can I drive on it with the cracked boot before I start having real problems. The parts special order and will take a while.

My cars an 02 and has 9000 miles on it. I dont do launches. I don't know how this happened but my mechanic thinks something sharp might have kicked up and punctured it.
