Rear plastic window replacement

I have a 2001 S2K, rear (plastic) window is shot. Bought a new one from the dealership, comes with no instructions, I am clueless. Has anyone done this before?

You will need to gut the interior to unbolt the rain rail retainers, and the window is installed via a large zipper with a center timing mark.

No easy task.

I was wondering about the same thing too. I didn't know that you could even buy a replacement plastic window.
