Default Rear shock tower rubber squeaking

Quick question regarding this: i have been trying to hunt down a rear end squeak that happens when the suspension moves, usually mostly when cold but happening more when warm. Finally was able to see that this is my rear right top mount rubber flexing a bit and making a squeak as it contacts the metal ring inside the trunk

Is this anything to be concerned about or so i just need to spray some silicone grease on it?

How old is the suspension?

at this point, pretty old to be fair. it has been garage kept (mostly) since i swapped things over but they are OEM top hats that i used with sprint springs/koni yellows. maybe it's just time to refresh things. figured i would ask before i rip apart that rear suspension.

My guess is something is misaligned. Like spring isn't seated perfectly in rubber bushing. Things have to be clocked correctly.

Spring not aligned into reverse mating shape in bushing. Its a balance of aligning spring to bushing, while bushing aligned so mounting studs push up through mounting holes in chassis.

Easy for installer to forcibly rotate bushing to get studs to align to holes, which could force spring out of alignment with bushing.
