Default Reduce EPS power assist

Anywone know how to reduce EPS power assist, without the EPS, its undriveable, the steering is to heavy and i think that its possible with a potentiometer to reduce & vary assist and avoid EPS light to stay on.

I think that i can fit MAZDA RX7 steering rack with power steering assist remove but im not sure its a direct fit and only found that some drift S2KI have this set-up but nothing said how to fit it, thank you for your help!

When I removed my instrument cluster to send it away for an LED upgrade I noticed my power assist was decreased. I drove like that for a few months and it felt really good. As soon as I reinstalled my instrument cluster the EPS light illuminated, then my power steering was fully restored and it felt way too light as I wasn't used to it anymore. The EPS light went out shortly after.

I've heard of people saying that the power assist level can be adjusted but I've never seen any proof of it. Not sure how the removal of my instrument cluster affected the steering but I know that it did. If anyone could do it I bet it would be Modifry, he has a you tube video of himself steering the car by remote control.
