Only thing is that you should add is a battery tender. These sealed lead acid batteries will not start a car if they sit idle for more than a week or so. Unless you have a battery tender. I have one one my X which is attached to a standard lead acid battery since the car sits in the garage all winter. It sound like you don't drive your S too often, I think a tender would be a very good investment. Also Dali Racing (who sources a lot of NSX parts) has a cool mount for the same battery:

ehh?

I do daily drive my S, and also race it...its just that since I'm at college and my job is also at the college...I don't NEED the car as I have other methods of transportation.

But umm, ya, I'm a little confused about the battery tender?

and that mount does look pretty cool

Oh OK I get it. If you drive the car daily you should be fine with that battery w/o a tender.

The battery tender is basically a 1.5 amp trickle charger that has a built in monitor that continuously checks the battery for an optimum charge. When it senses it is at full capacity, it shuts itself off. I can leave my car for two months unattended and it starts right up after its hibernation.

Here is what I am talking about:

The mount is very nice. As soon as my battery dies in that car, I am going to get he same setup you are getting.

Good Luck.
