Bando 6PK1145 is a part number for a belt you need that costs ~$20 or you can buy the blinged out Mugen one for $165.
Derek is the brains at Hondata. He digs that i-VTEC thing in one of these

Derek is faster 
and his car looks like a wedge of mild english cheddar.
I am not a jdm brand whore...but even if the Mugen belt was kevlar lined, which it isn't, I'd rather get one for cheaper and replace it more often. I don't think it is made of any superior material. The stock belt was good for over 100K miles which was when I replaced mine as preventative maintenance.
