Default removing inner door panels

I saw a thread that discussed removing inner door panels but the jpegs didn't show, instructions were very clear tho.. Question is if i remove my passenger side inner door panel will i be able to get to the outer skin in order to spoon out a couple door dings? If anyone has pulled the inner panels off to replace mirror or get to speakers or to remove dings please let me know. A photo of door from inside with the inner panel removed would be helpful.
drilling the door to get the dent spoon in seems like it would ruin the so far unmolested car.
Thanks for any replies

If its near the mirror you need to drill as its double layer there. Everywhere else a good dent guy should be able to get it out via the window area
