Default Removing spacers affect alignement?

I got some 3mm spacers on my car. I had teh alignemnt done with these spacers on.

I'm rubbing a bit, and I think it may be due to the spacers. If I remove teh spacers, will it affect my alignment? In other words.... will i have to get another alignment?

Default

Changing alignment = changing angles: camber, caster and toe.
Adding/removing spacers = changing track width.
Like using a wheel with a different offset (ET)

Option #1: Adding/removing spacers do not change alignment.

That said: adding/removing spacers could change the load on the springs and this could result in the car sitting slightly lower/higher.
IMO even when the car's not moving.
And that changes the alignment.

Option #2: Adding/removing spacers might change alignment.
