btw, I'm not sure it's just bad luck, but my car started making this noise right after I got valve adjustment today... wierd...

haha, I do that too, to old threads I've posted like two years ago!

Thanks RT, do you think it'll cost a lot to do the lubing? Since the dealer will probably do it, will they charge an arm and a leg?

do a search, there's many threads on this topic... I had a clicking/creaking that's distinct from the more ominous click from the diff... try a search!

I still have the same noises, not really any worse than before, but still disturbing. I'm a big-time procrastinator.

It's funny to see this thread re-emerge almost exactly one year later. Must be something in the fall air that makes people notice these noises...

No, I still haven't fixed it. It hasn't gotten worse in the past 20k miles, but I guess that's not to say that one of the wheels won't come flying off soon... does anyone who has had the hubs redone for this problem know about how much it costs to fix, or if it is usually covered under warantee?
