resistor size?

Default resistor size?

what size of resistor do I need to remove the pass side airbag?
I did some research, the miata is 3 ohm, 1/4W, what about our S?

Why do you need the bag's resistance?

Remove the controller as well, if you wreck the car with the controller installed the impact sensors inside will trip, and the unit will be a paper weight.

Remove the SRS bulb from the cluster if you don't want to see it after that.

I don't want to give out the resistance #, as then people could build a airbag simulator for wrecked cars. instead of fixing them the correct way.

Like you said, all you have to do is to remove the bulb.
