having trouble when i punch it to 3rd from 5th or 6th.....wen i hit around 7k it doesnt let me rev higher, its like my rev limitor is around 7. even when i punch it starting from 1st i notice that it happens in 3rd and around 7k it doesnt it again. anyone had this happen to them before? let me know. thanks

check engine light on?

 

if it only does it the first time and not again then I'm pretty sure your not warming your car up good. triple check your cars fully warmed up and your good on oil. I can't think of any other reason it would do this.
