Just noticed in the picture one looks larger than the other but could have sworn both are the same size. Are all rockers the same size for intake and exhaust or are they different?
woah, that's crazy, I've rebuilt a lot of vtec heads and never seen a cracked rocker roller like that. did you have cracked retainers or drop a valve, leading to this head rebuild/assembly?
anyway, im pretty sure the intake rockers are longer, as the cams are offset towards the intake side, in comparison to the Rocker shafts below.

Aawww man,
Now I’ll have to crack it open again. Hahaha, I thought they were all the same and just replaced the 2 with cracks. Hopefully I can see them without pulling the cams off.
I’m not really sure of the history of the assembly as I bought it on eBay. Disappointing to find missing / damaged parts that were not disclosed in the auction. Even after they confirmed it was pulled from a good head with no issues.
Double checked and everything falls right on the valve ends removed them and verified they are the same size so I assume they can be interchanged as long as the sleeves / pins can slide easily between each other.
I am in the same situation and just wanted to swap the exhaust rockers. When i removed the whole assembly i found the rocker shafts to be pointing to intake direction, both of them. Can this be right? Since the holes of the intake rockers are actually on the opposite side. Shouldnt the holes line up with the ones from the shaft?
