Default rocker arms

How you adjust the nut on rocker right above the valve and retainer?

Loosen the 10MM jam nut then use a flat head screw driver to adjust the tappet.

Valve clearances must be inspected in order. It's more complicated than just loosening the locknut and turning a screw.

Given how vague you've asked the question, it would be wise for you to find someone local that has adjusted valves before and have them help you, or find a shop that can.

You can do serious engine damage if you do this incorrectly.

I just adjusted mine and as slows2k said you have to make sure you do it right. The process is tedious and very specific. If you feel you are confident enough to do it just follow the service manual to the point. I got a nice tool that has a screw driver built into a 10mm wrench for the job it worked great. You will also need valve tappet feelers to ensure the proper gaps.
