Have you happened to change your fuel filter?
There is no serviceable fuel filter on the S2000, only the screen in the tank.

Well i started it this morning and the same old thing. So i got to work and called techline. Here is what they had to say,It could be the map sensor and that i should have approx .95 volts at idle while cold. They also said possibly a tight valve(i don't buy that)or a incorrect spray pattern from one or more of the injectors.Again i doubt that aswell. My car has only 22k on it so i am doubting there is any problems with my fuel system.Ill keep on this until i find the cause.
