Thumbs down Rough idle, then sometimes dies.

Yeah i was reading on here about people with rough idles that turned out to be something about a #4 cylinder failure, and bent valves. But i dont know how this could have occured in my engine. It has 0 miles on it right now. The car is still on jack stands. I put the engine in over this weekend and now it just wont idle correctly. Sometimes it dies, sometimes it just fights to stay alive. The little black valve on the intake (the one with the sensor plugged into it) is also hissing. I never heard it before i had my engine rebuilt. Dont know why its hissing now. Also it seems like im getting a loping effect on the engine. Like something is out of balance. I hope its not the crank. I dont know how that would have happened on a new engine.
