Wow. I'd walk into the dealership and ask to speak to a manager. When you walk into his office pull these things out and drop them onto his desk, and ask him if he sees something wrong with this situation. A MY00 with spring spacers still on is crazy. There's no way the car should be turned over to you with these things still on.
