Default Removing the spring spacers

I have a little over 2k miles on my ride and just noticed that I still have a spring spacer left in my front right tire. Can I remove this by myself? Isn't it just a rubber piece I can take out?

https://www.s2ki.com/faqs/showfaq.php?threadid=17423 a pic of what the spacers look like. You can remove them yourself. You would think the dealerships would know this by now.

s2ki TSB to honda dealerships: remove the spring spacers please!!!!!!!!!

You can remove it yourself. Jack up the car at the jack mount point on the side and corner nearest the spacer. If you look under the side of the car you will see a thin lip. At the jack points located front and rear there is a steel doubler. The points are located just inboard of the front and rear tires and can be seen as they have a "bump" to either side of them; the actual jack point is about 4-5 inches long. Once the car is raised the spring spacer can be removed. If you found one check for more..........

P.S. For safety always block your tires to prevent rolling and use a second support (i.e. 2X4's etc.). If this car comes down on you theres no going back. I tired of reading about people crushed by their cars.
