S2000 battery charging
Did a search, came up short. I have a Deltran batt charger (www.batterytender.com).
Any special precautions needed for the S2000 battery?
Thx.
P.S. How come my "Owner" status changed to "Guest"?

RR, the BatteryTender line of battery "keepers" is great tool for any battery powered motor vehicle. I've been using this type for many years. The only precaution is that you should not use it to try and charge a severely depleted battery. For all other applications, this device is really good. In fact, I've even devised a mod to mine whereby I can plug into the accessory plug when changing my battery. This keeps the ECU and radio memory. I even use the plug for just maintaining the battery. Eliminates the need to hook up to the batter directly.
However, keep in mind that on our cars, the accessory plug is an open circuit when the ignition is OFF. I've swapped the plug hot wire with the one for the trunk release button, so I can plug into the socket when my car is parked. ie, the socket is LIVE all the time and trunk release will only work when the ignition is ON.
