Before anyone tries it, think about the direction of rotation. While both the K and F-series have clockwise rotating cranks, the cam drive setup is different. The K-series uses a direct chain drive for the cams, so they rotate in the clockwise direction as well. The F-series uses a chain to drive a single gear on the head. This gear then drives the cam gears. This means the cams actually rotate in the CCW direction.
