look for scratches on the cylinder wall going up and down from the bottom to the top.

honestly, the best way is a leakdown test performed with the head on.

There is no scratches up and down and i have done a leak down test at honda because what happened was i had a blown head gasket and it made my car idle rough and it shook the engine the valves are fine. The leak down results were

Cylinder: 1. 160psi 2. 225psi 3. 225psi 4. 225psi
1. 16% 2. 16% 3. 6% 4. 6%

Do you think I could just get away with changing the gasket and flush all liquids ?

I don't have my manual handy, but my experience with Hondas tells me anything over 4-5% leakdown is excessive. My AP1 was around 1% per cylinder at ~25,000 miles.
The leakdown test should have resolved where the leaks were coming from. Blown head gasket usually produces bubbles in the radiator; valve leaks are evident in their respective manifold; ring leaks are heard in the block/oil pan/oil return channels (under valve cover)/oil dip stick hole. The technician should have given you this information.

An s2k head gasket usually doesn't just blow. I'd be real sure that is the problem.

The technician at honda didnt remove the head, they wanted to but they estimated me around 3500 and I sad screw that so I took it home removed the head myself and the head gasket is blown for sure. So what do you guys think should I replace the piston rings? Because the thing is I had one friend come over help me and he works on cars and he told me I had coolant go to the pistons and he also said my piston ring are fried for 1st cylinder(Fast and the furious line) lol but yea and he said that there was space around the piston but isnt there supposed to be space for some clearence and oil to flow trough? But my other friend that came by last ngiht said that I dont need piston rings because there was no scratches there and the cylinder sruface area thingy was smooth he said all i needed was to resurface the head and change the head gasket. So I am confused im not a mechanic or nothing and I hope that you guys can give me some advice

Ask for references for a good mechanic in your local forum that won't charge an arm and a leg. If you can't get anyone to do it for under $4k, consider getting a JDM swap: http://www.hmotorsonline.com/shop/sc2000se...page&item=30013

if you have time and your worried about the rings while the car is down change the rings out so you dont have to worry about it.
