Default S2000 IACV tear down mistake

Hello all! doing some working under the hood and was cleaning the iacv following video guide etc.. when putting together again the two washers on the torx side fell down and into the engine bay never to be seen again....

At wits end i put it back on with no washers to move it into my garage .. idle was very bad mind you!

So in all where can i buy these U shaped washers? or can i use a round one? what size?

I don't think you'd have much luck buying the washers. Perhaps buy a used iacv?

Washers are not available separate, round ones can be used but thickness must match. Will be difficult to find as they sit in a tiny recess.

You may have damaged the valve as well by crushing the shaft tab by drawing down the bolts.

Said stuff it and bought a new unit from local seller replacing next free afternoon along with some OEM NGK plugs to replace sad looking bosh ones..
