Default S2000 Vacuum lines

So, I'm new to the s2k world, I bought a 2000 s2000 locally and I'm wondering what the vacuum connections go to. One connection is behind the intake manifold and the other connection is on the rear of the intake manifold itself. I've attached some pictures so you can what I'm talking about. The air pump has been removed and I have the module to remove the the check engine light. I'm not sure if these connections have anything to do with the air pump though. Can I just cap these off? Any help on where these are supposed to go would be greatly appreciated!

That is part of the secondary air injection system. Feel free to cap it off.
